The Committee’s Purpose
The H & I Committee is dedicated to providing AA meetings and literature to those hospitals and institutions that request support from Alcoholics Anonymous.
We follow the 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, remembering always that this is a program of attraction, not promotion. However, H & I, as an integral part of the alcoholic recovery function of AA, is able to reach out to hospitals and institutions that support alcoholic recovery.
As is true with all AA programs, H & I’s services are provided without discrimination of any kind and are free to the recipients. We remember always that there are no dues or fees for AA membership.
If you are interested in getting involved in H&I we hold orientation meetings on the 2nd Monday of every month at 5:30 pm before the regular business meetings at 6:00 pm (see address and map above).

The Hospitals and Institutions Committee wishes to thank the Central Office of the 23rd District for supporting our efforts and allowing us to post this information on their Web site. This is another great example of one alcoholic helping another.
